Frequently Asked Questions

1 - What types of tiles do you manufacture?

We manufacture a comprehensive range of high-performance surfaces: Ceramic Tiles, Porcelain Tiles, Slab Tiles (Large Format), Full Body Tiles (for heavy traffic areas)

2 - Which countries do you export to, and how do you handle shipping logistics and documentation?

We currently export to over 50 countries across Europe, North America, South America, and Africa. We provide a full-service export solution, including: Documentation: Handling Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices. Logistics: We offer FOB, CIF, and CNF terms. Compliance: Our tiles meet international standards such as ISO 13006 and EN 14411.

3 - What is the technical difference between your Ceramic and Porcelain tiles for high-traffic projects?

The primary difference lies in density and water absorption. Porcelain: Pressed at higher pressure and fired at higher temperatures, resulting in a water absorption rate of <0.5%. It is ideal for outdoor use and heavy-duty commercial floors. Ceramic: More cost-effective and easier to cut, but with a higher water absorption rate. It is best suited for indoor wall applications and light residential flooring.

4 - What are your packaging standards for long-distance sea freight to prevent breakage?

We prioritize "Zero-Damage" transit through a multi-layered approach: 1.Strong Corrugated Boxes: High-GSM boxes with edge protection. 2.Seaworthy Pallets: Heat-treated, fumigated wooden pallets (ISPM-15 standard). 3.Secure Loading: We use plastic strapping and shrink-wrap to prevent movement during container transit. 4.Weight Optimization: Ensuring maximum load capacity while staying within the weight limits of the destination port.
